About the Artist

Sylvie Gauthier has evolved with the desire to offer the most dazzling performances for over 40 years. The audience is taken into a quite fascinating universe through her original expressions. Sylvie knows how to combine, with great finesse, the art of dance, music and juggling. Sylvie’s art allows her to travel around the world. She has been a member of IJA (International Jugglers Association) and JAQ (Jongleurs associés du Québec) for several years. Self-taught artist Sylvie designs her own numbers, costumes and most of the staging accessories. The birth of her daughter led her to explore the world of psychology and the child’s creative faculties development. As a result, today Sylvie spends her time teaching juggling, music and performing arts in the school environment.
